72 year old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale for face, neck and forehead cosmetic surgery.
Patient underwent lower facelift/necklift (rhytidectomy) and endoscopic forehead lift,, all under local anesthesia plus intravenous sedation with a board -certified anesthesiologist.
