NICHOL EITING: Our staff is phenomenal. We have a phenomenal staff. Everyone gets along really well. DR. CELESTE CRAFT: Our staff here is a group of seasoned professionals, wonderful women. We have one man in the practice, and that's Dr. Caniglia. So we're privileged to be the harem around the sultan, who is Dr. Caniglia. DR. LORRE SOLBERG: We're like a big family. The majority of us have been here a long time, and you know, we love each other, we like each other, we have fun with each other, and we work well and professionally together. So it's just the whole package. DR. CRAFT: The staff here also has a vast background in the medical field and in aesthetics. We specialize in just faces, that's all we do is faces only, surgery on faces, treatments on faces, and that's what makes us special and different. DR. SOLBERG: The best part of my job is working with all of my patients and clients, developing personal relationships with them or helping them keep their skin beautiful, vibrant, healthy, and just making them feel better about themselves. MS. EITING: I think when people walk in the door, they see everyone as very professional and very friendly, and we definitely go out of our way to make people feel comfortable. So I think that people really like that and that's why we have patients that come back year after year. DR. CANIGLIA: We have surveys that the patients fill out and the remarks are always just outstanding, and most of them, if not all of them, are complimenting my staff. They're all, you know, extremely warm, extremely compassionate, they know their work. They're unbelievable detail oriented. We work all our patients up medically to assure that, you know, they're okay to have surgery and for their safety, and I can tell you in my nearly 19 years of practice, we never honestly had a major complication ever, which is, in many cases as we do, is remarkable. And a lot of that's attributed to my staff. It's comforting for me to know that, you know, I have a staff that's so diligent and caring. It makes my life, my job, a lot easier.
