This woman is now 1.5 months following my drainless, extended deep plane facelift/necklift to address her concern with the appearance of her neck, platysma bands, and jowling. 

Additional procedures performed were buccal fat excision, pre jowl implant placement, and hyaluronidase injection to the lower eyelids to dissolve filler placed previously by an outside facility which caused significant unwanted under eye swelling. 
 
At just 1.5 months post-surgery, the patient is already experiencing remarkable improvement and is very happy with her early results. Further refinement is expected as mild residual swelling around the cheeks and mandible continues to diminish.
 
Every facelift/necklift that I perform is a deep plane facelift with extended dissection. This gives patients incredible, long lasting, natural results. I DO NOT use drains, and instead use TISSEEL, a fibrin sealant which aids in reducing postoperative swelling and bruising in my patients.
