45 year old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery with the complaint of excess skin and puffiness of eyes. Patient underwent outpatient surgery, upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), laser resurfacing lower eyelid skin and endoscopic forehead lift to further rejuvenate the eyes. The procedures were performed under local anesthesia plus IV sedation with a board-certified anesthesiologist.
