45 year old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale, for face, neck and eyelid cosmetic surgery. Patient underwent a facelift/necklift, upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), endoscopic forehead lift and full face laser resurfacing, all under local anesthesia plus IV sedation with a board-certified anesthesiologist.
