75 year old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale for facial rejuvenation surgery, specifically for loss of volume in the midface (cheek). Patient underwent outpatient surgery, submalar (midface) implants to restore volume to cheeks and a facelift/necklift (rhytidectomy), under local anesthesia plus IV sedation with a board-certified anesthesiologist.
