60 year old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery, in Scottsdale, with complaints of heaviness in brows and upper eyes. Patient underwent outpatient surgery for an endoscopic forehead lift (browlift) and upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The procedures were performed under local anesthesia plus intravenous sedation with a Board-certified anesthesiologist.
