66-year-old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale for face, neck, and eyelid cosmetic surgery. The patient underwent a facelift/necklift (rhytidectomy), lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), an endoscopic forehead lift, and full face laser resurfacing, all under local anesthesia plus IV sedation (with board-certified anesthesiologist).
