53-year-old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery, Scottsdale, for total facial rejuvenation. The patient underwent outpatient surgery, facelift/necklift (rhytidectomy), upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), endoscopic forehead lift (browlift), and full face CO2 laser resurfacing under local anesthesia plus IV sedation with a board-certified anesthesiologist.
