65-year-old female presented to Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery with a desire to have a smaller nose, less of a bump, and a narrower nasal tip. Patient underwent outpatient surgery, rhinoplasty. The procedure was performed in approximately one hour under local anesthesia plus IV sedation with a board-certified anesthesiologist.
